Background
I started shipping production code before I finished my degree. In my final year of Computer Science at Bahria University, I was already building full-stack MERN applications at Fission Fox and learning what no course teaches: software is only finished when someone else can rely on it.
The pattern showed up in my next role. At Master Motor, HR was running hiring and performance on raw Excel exports, so I built them a dashboard and a training LMS and took the spreadsheets out of their week. Almost every project since has started the same way: someone is doing important work by hand, and it should be running on its own.
That's still how I work. Database to deployment, one person accountable for all of it. I write code the next developer can read, keep pages fast, and hand over systems that keep running without me. When I learn something worth sharing along the way, it ends up on the blog.
